At BOOZY BAR, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, and our recent collaboration with Southampton Football Club’s first team was no exception. Fresh off a stag do on Friday, our team seamlessly transitioned into hosting the club’s end-of-season celebration—bringing our signature flair, flavour, and energy to the party.

A Night to Remember
The evening was a testament to our dedication to creating memorable moments. From bespoke cocktails to a buzzing atmosphere, every element was carefully crafted to ensure the players and staff had a night to remember. Our team transformed the venue with a vibrant set-up that reflected the high standards of both BOOZY BAR and Southampton FC.
Our task for this event was to implement some ‘wow-factor’ and elevate the bar service - and boy we did just that! We utilised dry ice over a couple of applications to add a fun, unique and eye-drawing addition to the bar and drinks. From aesthetic clouds rolling over the bar and between cocktails, to drinks that bubbled and produced their own misty effects, we pulled out all the stops to put on a truly engaging service.

Crafting Unique Experiences - What We Do Best
We curated a range of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails tailored to the team’s tastes, each one mixed with precision, personality, and a splash of celebration. From fan favourites to creative new blends, every drink served reflected our commitment to quality and individuality.
We designed, from the ground up, a six-drink menu split between cocktails and mocktails. The first four drinks, our cocktail offering, was designed to emulate the Saints FC 2024/25 season kits. This included: Home, Away, Third and Keeper cocktails, all colour matching the kits - each with their own twist! The ‘Home’ cocktail featured a blend of our own recipe Pina Colada and Strawberry Daquiri. Both served frozen and layered in the glass to create the infamous red and white stripes that are synonymous with Southampton Football Club. This trend continued with the rest of the cocktails, including a force-carbonated caramelised-banana and melon highball - unequivocally the favourite drink of the night!
Our remaining two drinks, our guilt-free mocktail options followed the lead set by the forementioned cocktails. Our ‘1885’, a cranberry and orgeat mocktail with a ‘Saints FC’ printed garnish atop a frothy head. We chosen this name to celebrate the year Southampton FC came into existence and to pay homage to the history of the club. The second, our ‘St Mary’s Mocktail’, named after the infamous Saints stadium, was a HUGE hit. This featured a 0% passionfruit spritz from Citizen, and featured flavours including: strawberry and lime, finished off with the light, floral notes from orange blossom. Alcohol or not, this slapped!

Building Strong Partnerships
Working with Southampton FC was not only an honour, but a brilliant opportunity to showcase what BOOZY BAR does best. The success of the event was a fantastic reflection of our team’s versatility and professionalism, and we’re proud to have played a part in marking the close of the season for such a respected club. All our efforts were appreciated by players and staff alike, leaving the room buzzing at the close of service.
It’s not every day we get creative freedom over the entirety of a service, so when we do, you can expect to see some incredible things! The long hours, drain drinks and constant innovation that happens behind the scenes in imperative to what we do here at BOOZY BAR.
